Massage & Manual Therapy

I help the body move through both acute and chronic pain while supporting long-term mobility, ease, and overall well-being. My approach is both therapeutic and preventative, with each session tailored to what your body needs that day.

I draw from a variety of techniques, including sports massage, deep tissue, integrative bodywork, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, pin and stretch, and more. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, I listen to what your body is communicating and work with it to create meaningful, lasting change.

Cupping is an ancient practice that has been used across cultures for thousands of years. I love the unique way it works with the body — rather than pressing down into the tissues like traditional massage, the cups gently lift and draw the tissues upward.

That gentle pulling can create a sense of space and movement in areas that feel tight, stuck, or restricted. Cupping encourages circulation, helps soften muscular tension and fascial restrictions, and can be especially supportive when we’re working with areas of persistent pain or tension.

I often weave it into a massage session when your body is asking for a little more space and release.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional technique that uses a smooth tool to gently glide, press, and scrape along the tissues. Rather than forcing the body to release, I use it to invite more circulation and movement into areas that feel tight, congested, or stuck.

It can be a beautiful way to soften stubborn tension, support circulation, and create more space through the muscles and fascia. I especially love using Gua Sha when we’re working with areas that have been holding tension for a long time — the neck, shoulders, back, hips, feet, and other places that just don’t seem to want to let go.

It can be used on its own or woven into a massage session, depending on what your body needs.

Warm Himalayan salt stones bring soothing, penetrating heat into areas that are holding tension, helping muscles soften so I can work more deeply with less pressure. The warmth encourages circulation and creates a deeply grounding, relaxing experience — especially when your body is feeling tired, achy, or ready to exhale.
